Can I switch plans later?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you get immediate access to new features. When downgrading, changes take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
How does per-user pricing work?
Each paid plan is priced per user per month. You only pay for active team members in your organization. The minimum is 2 seats per plan.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards through our secure Stripe payment processing. Enterprise customers can also arrange invoicing.
Is there a discount for yearly billing?
Yes! When you choose yearly billing, you save 10% compared to monthly billing. For example, the Starter plan goes from $50/user/month to $45/user/month when billed annually.
What happens when I exceed my plan limits?
If you reach your plan's brand or user limit, you'll be prompted to upgrade to a higher tier. Your existing data is never lost or restricted.
