The Estactics platform is a professional business tool intended for use by real estate professionals and organisations. By creating an account, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements in your jurisdiction. The platform is not directed at or intended for use by individuals who lack such legal capacity.

If we become aware that personal data has been collected from someone who does not have the legal capacity to use our services, we will take steps to delete that data promptly.
